Standard Software Maintenance & Support Agreement
Our Software Maintenance and Support Agreement offers users full access to latest system upgrades as well as outstanding technical support. Some of the things we can help you with in addition to technical support issues are upgrading systems and software,  support for automating backend operations and server configuration if you choose to Bring-Your-Own-Server using our Software Only option.

We offer a Standard and Premium Support subscription.  The Standard subscription provides 1 business day initial follow-up, final resolution 1-15 days and $100 / hour for failover migration assistance if needed. The Premium subscription also provides 1 business day initial follow-up with 1-5 Business day final resolution for High Priority issues and $25/hour for failover migration assistance if needed.
